Gluten Free Hot Fudge Microwave Brownie
Sometimes you just need chocolate. Hot, gooey, chocolate. Topped with creamy vanilla ice cream and even more chocolate heaven. Something like a Hot Fudge Microwave Brownie.
Making a Gluten Free Hot Fudge Microwave Brownie
Making a Gluten Free Hot Fudge Microwave Brownie is actually insanely simple.
Like crazy simple.
Ingredients in Gluten Free Hot Fudge Microwave Brownie
The original recipe for the Hot Fudge Microwave Brownie comes from Jamie at Savorysaver.com – Gluten Free Brownie in a Mug.
I made the recipe plant based and gluten free with just a few simple modifications. The recipe is really the one from Savorysaver.com with those adjustments.
First you melt the plant based butter, then stir in the rest of the ingredients, microwave for a minutes, then top with plant based hot fudge, vanilla ice cream and more chocolate chips.
But the toppings take the Gluten Free Hot Fudge Microwave Brownie to the next level!
The best toppings for the Gluten Free Hot Fudge Microwave Brownie are the ones you love the best. There is nothing on the planet like hot fudge and vanilla ice cream to elevate a simple brownie.
Given that, as my Mother (z”l) used to say “That’s why there’s chocolate and vanilla.”
While I think that those are the absolute best toppings, you may not.
I officially give you permission to use whatever floats your boat.
While you could make the whole recipe dairy, use dairy fudge and ice cream and dairy ingredients, there are brands of dairy-free/plant based hot fudge out there. You could also make your own ganache type fudge which would be completely incredible.
Totally up to you.
