Even when I am alone for thanksgiving I cook for myself and in between I watch the dog show. I look forward to winning as I don;t have alot of cooking things and the turkey this year is very expensive. I start the turkey by shearing it allover with margarine fro all 30 mins ,then i shear the turkey with paprika,garlic powder and white pepper
I also make an eggless pumpkin pie with pumpkin creamer,pumpkin spice, brown sugar, vanilla. nutmed comes out really good.
shmear with olivr oil and spread allover turkeythen I put on some onion soup mix and even duck sauce over the turkry i cover it asnd baste often.I make a pot of white cut up potstotoesand mix in seet potatoes, wonce its boiledI mash with margarinr and make in a saute pan a diced onion with spices n fix it in to the potatoes yum
Next I make a tomato salad with cucumbers tomatoes purple onion avacado dressing is oliveoil, garlic powder lemon, white pepper and pkg of stevia /
