Ingredients

  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. In a 2 quart saucepan, bring cream to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add chocolate chips.
  3. Swirl pot to coat chips with the cream.
  4. Do not stir.
  5. Allow the chips to sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
  6. Add the margarine, and stir until smooth.
  7. Allow the ganache to cool and thicken before filling sufganiyot.
