  • non-stick vegetable spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
  2. Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Spray with non-stick vegetable spray.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Place the chicken on the prepared cookie sheet.
  6. Spread the humus on the chicken with a pastry brush making sure to coat completely.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
