  • 3 cubes frozen crushed garlic, defrosted
  • 1/3 cup 100% extra virgin olive oil
  • 78 matzohs
  • 12 teaspoons sea salt (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Line several cookie sheets with aluminum foil.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a small bowl combine olive oil and garlic, mixing to thoroughly combine.
  5. Place the matzohs on the prepared cookie sheets, working in batches if necessary.
  6. Using a pastry brush or spoon, brush the matzohs with the garlic infused oil.
  7. Sprinkle the matzohs with sea salt.
  8. Bake for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  9. Break into pieces and serve.
  10. These matzohs can be stored in an airtight Ziplock bag for 3-4 days.
