Instructions

  1. Combine the brown sugar and ketchup in a medium bowl, stirring until smooth.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  4. Brown the chicken on all sides.
  5. Spoon sauce over the chicken, coating evenly.
  6. Cook the chicken covered for 30 minutes.
  7. Uncover and cook for an additional 30-45 minutes until cooked through, spooning with sauce periodically.
  8. Serve warm spooning extra sauce over the chicken.
